Mr. Dovenbarger has over thirty-three years of experience as a residential and commercial real estate broker with hundreds of successful transactions for clients buying and selling properties.  He is proven real estate professional with over 25 years of commercial lending experience focusing on real estate transactions from commercial investment properties, owner-occupied commercial, and construction loans.  Past experience includes serving as Director of Marketing and Research for one of the oldest and largest commercial real estate firms in Denver.  His knowledge is well-respected in the real estate community as he provides real estate valuations, analytical models, building financial models, and marketing materials for over 65 brokers as a Managing Broker.  His competency and experience are well-respected in the financial and legal communities as he is a provider of commercial and residential property valuations (Broker Price Opinion) for several financial institutions, law firms, and real estate holding companies.
